Founder Bedwin Ngwasina holds a diploma as Wildlife Biologist. Her research on the Cross-River Gorilla contributed to the protection of Tofalla Hills. During the crisis she kept on working in sensitive areas like the NWR to continue conservation.

Our key species are the endangered Cross-River Gorilla, the Nigeria-Cameroon Chimp and the Forest Elefant.
We are located in the anglophone region. Our target areas are Takamanda National Park, The Banyang-Mbo Wildlife Sanctuary, Mount Cameroon National Park and Mbam et Djerem.

In conformity with the law no. 92/006 of 12th August 1992 and its decree of implementation no 92/4551PM OF 23rd November 1992, the Association was born on 12th of October 2014.
We have successfully accomplished our pilot of the education programme to rise awareness for endangered species at students in the age of 7 to 17.
We finished construction of a solar drier and fermentation boxes in Kekpani Village at Takamanda National Park. The drier improves livelihood of the cocoa farmers in the remote area.
We now prepare for survey and biomonitoring at more locations to collect baseline data about the situation of the large mammals.
